Lifestyle modifications such as adopting a plant-based diet, engaging in moderate exercise, managing stress, and fostering social connections have been associated with longer telomeres and improved health outcomes. Additionally, targeting telomerase activation presents a potential avenue for anti-aging therapies, although rigorous clinical trials and ethical considerations remain essential for further exploration and development in this field.
