DELIVERY POLICY
1.Where do you ship to ?
Currently, we ship within Malaysia and Singapore.
- How much is the shipping cost?
Shipping charges for West Malaysia is RM7 per order. Please note that special areas such as Bukit Tinggi Pahang, Cameron Highlands, Fraser’s Hill, Genting Highlands, Janda Baik, Langkawi and Pangkor Island is RM11 per order.
Shipping charges for East Malaysia and Singapore is RM21 and RM35 respectively.Our products are shipped out from Selangor and typically will be delivered within:
2-4 working days for West Malaysia
3-7 working days for East Malaysia and Singapore
- What happens after I have submitted my order?
When you place an order with us, you will receive an order confirmation via email. If you have questions about your order, please contact us directly or email to us at hello@theclinicconcierge.com. Please include your order number in your email.
- When will my order be shipped?
We will ship your products within 2 working days. You will get a shipment and tracking notification email as soon as your parcel is on its way. If your order does not arrive by the scheduled date, kindly contact the courier service provider with the tracking ID provided for assistance.
- How to track my order ?
You will get a shipment and tracking notification email as soon as your parcel is on its way. You can use the tracking number to check its status. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 10 days (Malaysia) of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@theclinicconcierge.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
- Why is the tracking number not showing up on the system?
Courier companies usually take up to 24 – 48 hours to update and reflect the tracking status. So not to worry if you do not see the delivery status on the first day of shipping. However if you have difficulty tracking down your parcel, kindly contact us for assistance.
